Play Poker, Blackjack, Horseshoes, Liars Dice, Five Finger Fillet, and Arm Wrestling in red dead redemption. Unlock high-stakes poker with the Gentleman's Attire Outfit.

Poker

Poker is available in MacFarlane’s Ranch, Thieves’ Landing, Armadillo, Chuparosa, Blackwater, Casa Madrugada, and Blackwater Hotel. You need the Gentleman’s Attire Outfit to play. If you purchase the ‘Elegant Suit’ from the tailor in ‘Thieves Landing’ and wear it while playing Poker, you’ll find that you can cheat. The goal is to have the winning hand of all players. You can alter bets mid-game or ‘fold’. Linking your GamerTag to the Rockstar Social Club unlocks the Gentleman’s Attire Outfit, granting access to an exclusive high-stakes poker game in the Blackwater Hotel.

Blackjack (aka: 21)

Blackjack can be found in Rathskeller, Chuparosa, Blackwater, and Thieves’ Landing. The objective is to have a hand that beats the dealer’s. If your cards total 21 or are closer to 21 than the dealer’s, you double your bet.

Horseshoes

Horseshoes is available in MacFarlane’s Ranch, Rathskeller Fork, and Las Hermanas. You aim and throw a horseshoe at a pole. Use the right stick to control throw power by moving it backwards then forwards. Releasing too late throws it too high, too early throws it too far. The trick is to release it in the middle of the power meter.

Liars Dice

Liars Dice is located in Escalera, Thieves’ Landing, and Casa Madrugada. You guess how many of each dice face are left on the table. You can call a bid as a bluff, then raise the bid or challenge the bluff. If a bluff is called, dice are revealed, and the loser discards a die. The last person with dice wins. You can change predictions mid-game using the right stick to select a dice face and the left stick to choose the quantity.

Five Finger Fillet

Five Finger Fillet can be played in Thieves’ Landing, Escalera, Armadillo, Torquemada, and Manzanita. The goal is to stab the gaps between your fingers faster than your opponent, whose time is shown on a stopwatch. You must push the displayed button as fast as possible and have five tries. There are four opponents in each area. The last opponent will remain if you beat him, and his button sequence will always be the same, allowing for rapid betting of $100 per round to earn money quickly.

Arm Wrestling

Arm Wrestling is found in El Matadero, Agave Wiejo, Pacific Union Railroad Camp, and Planview. Watch your opponent’s face for signs of tiredness to launch your assault. Push strength is determined by the green bar in the bottom left-hand corner. Rapidly press A/X to push your opponent’s arm down, then hold A/X to rebuild strength. When your opponent’s arm is low and your strength is maximum, a ‘slam’ move is available by pressing Y/Triangle.
