Items serve multiple purposes: replenishing health, curing status effects, providing temporary buffs, dealing damage, progressing quests, unlocking new areas, and advancing the story. They are also essential for crafting a wide array of equipment and other useful items.

Consumables

Consumables are items used to restore various game elements, grant temporary buffs, or inflict damage. They can be found as drops, in chests, or purchased from merchants.

• Adrenaline: Increases Movement Speed by 15%, standing Aim Movement Speed by 25%, and Melee Speed by 10% for 30 seconds. Purchasable from Reggie for 50 Scrap.
• Ammo Box: Replenishes all ammo. Purchasable from Reggie, Mud Tooth, and Wud for 200 Scrap.
• Antiserum: Neutralizes the PARASITE effect. Purchasable from Graveyard Elf for 50 Scrap.
• Bandage: Stops the BLEEDING effect. Purchasable from Reggie for 50 Scrap.
• Beetle Extract: Increases Stamina Regen by 20 per second for 60 minutes. Purchasable from Graveyard Elf for 500 Scrap.
• Bloodwort: Regenerates 1.7 Health per second for 30 seconds. Purchasable from Reggie, Wud, Stuck Merchant, and Iskal Queen for 100 Scrap.
• Divine Nectar: Increases armor effectiveness by 10% for 60 minutes. Purchasable from the Iskal Queen for 500 Scrap.
• Dragon Heart: Resurrects a fallen ally and instantly replenishes health. Obtained from Reggie after activating the reactor at Ward 13. Can be upgraded by the Root Mother. This is a permanent item replenished by resting or using a World Stone.
