Alright, let's tackle the 'Fiscal-Military State' challenge in Reus. This one's a bit different because we actually want to *encourage* a village to go to war. It sounds counter-intuitive, but the goal is to finish an Era with a village that has 200 Prosperity and 3 War Markers.

Here’s the deal: to get a village to start a fight, you need to give it a ton of resources really fast. This makes the middle green icon above their greed meter turn yellow, signaling they're ready to attack another village. So, start by building a Forest and dropping some resources. Just make sure to avoid Strawberries for now – they produce Awe, which actually lowers a village's hostility, and we want the opposite here.

Keep an eye on the village. You'll know they're getting greedy when you see three red arrows next to their resource count. If they're not looking greedy enough, just toss them more resources. Once that middle circle turns yellow, it's time to set up another plot of land. Doesn't really matter where, but try to keep it somewhat close. On this new plot, place just one resource. This is bait to attract a nomad.

If all goes well, your initial village should launch an attack on this new nomad village, wipe it out, and earn its first War Mark. Now, just leave that solitary resource on the new plot to keep coaxing more nomads to show up. Your initial village, feeling victorious and still hungry, should then start attacking any and all villages that pop up, racking up a War Mark with each one.

If you notice no new nomads are appearing, check the bar under your prosperity level. This bar needs to be filled to encourage more nomads to spawn. You can fill it by giving your initial village even more resources. Keep doing this, and you'll easily rack up more than three war marks in about thirty minutes. It might seem a little chaotic, but it's the quickest way to get this specific challenge done!
