Alright, let's tackle Paradise Island! This development is all about getting a village to 1000 Prosperity and making sure you've got at least 8 Ocean Patches within its borders. The key here is the Blue Whale, a real powerhouse for underwater prosperity.

To get the Blue Whale, you'll need to have the Ocean Giant. It requires 3 Swamp and 1 other Ambassador, while the Forest Giant needs 2 Desert and 2 from Any. Once you've got your Ambassadors sorted, set up your harbour town just like you did for the Harbour Town Development, leaving about four tiles between two oceans.

Now, for the main event: placing the Whales. A single Blue Whale, on its own, can generate over 231 resources across five tiles. If you place one on each side of your village, you'll be halfway to your Prosperity goal in no time, and you'll have plenty of ocean space left over. Just make sure to leave the squares directly next to the whale empty for now.

After that, throw in some Seabass, Marlin, and Mackerel. If you need a bit more space, extend the Ocean by a tile or two, but definitely capitalize on the synergy – these fish generate a ton of resources. Keep an eye on your village's Prosperity, and you'll hit that 1000 mark before you know it!
