Power 1 - Create Ocean

• Creates an Ocean spreading 9 Tiles, providing nutrients to 13 Tiles each side for Forests and Swamps.
• Creating an Ocean on a Village will destroy it. Creating an Ocean on a mountain will level it.

Power 2 - Domestic Animals

• Creates Animals that generate Food.
• Cooldown: 30 Seconds
• Level 1: Free
