Defeated 1 Nurse

In the Men's Restroom (OW), collect the --FIRST AID KIT-- hanging on the wall to the left of the west door.

Exit the Men's Restroom and open the door to the south staircase.

Examine the PATIENT NOTE on the window in the South Staircase (OW).

At the top of the stairs, turn off your flashlight and walk to the glass window.

Choose to "Break" the window, then "Hop Over" into the Day Room (OW).

Enter the Day Room with your light off.

Approach the Nurse mesmerized by the TV from behind and perform a charged X press to knock her down.

While she is on the floor, stab her with X taps.

If she leans over, target her and press X for a finishing blow.

Quickly defeat the first Nurse before a second one joins the fight.

Walk to the narrow section of the wall that stands out and tap the A button when the "Cut" command appears.

Tap the A button to help Alex slice downward and create an opening to Room 203.

Choose to "Squeeze Through" to Room 203 (OW).

Save your game at the !!SAVE POINT!! directly ahead.

Examine the NOTE on the bed.

Open the door to the right and step into the Hallway South of Linen Room (OW).

Move down the east side of the hall.

Prepare for a cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically).

After the cutscene, equip the knife. To defeat the Swarm of bugs, you can hold LT and tap A to stomp them while they are on the ground, hit them with the combat knife when they fly in front of you, or grab one by tapping B when it latches onto Alex and then tapping the corresponding button (A, X, or B) that appears to toss and kill it.
