Walkthrough

    After the post-battle (cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically)), regain control of Alex in the same room.

    Walk to the shattered glass and hop through it.

    Run along the catwalk and open the northeast door.

    Examine the NOTICE on the right wall of the next room.

    Open the next door to enter the Otherworld Streets of Silent Hill.

    Run toward Joshua.

    After Joshua dashes ahead, move to the far left and pick up Pistol Ammunition and more Pistol Ammunition.

Tips
  • Obtaining all photos, including this last one, will extend the ending of Silent Hill: Townfall with an extra scene after the closing credits and unlock the Josh's Gallery (50G) achievement.
  • Warning (GAME BUG ALERT): Do not try to place the plates on the pentagonal design early, as they may become invisible while remaining in place. The option to "Take" will appear, but they will not appear in Alex's inventory.
  • Warning (GAME BUG ALERT 2): If you save while Alex has multiple plates in his inventory, you risk one changing into another plate, creating duplicate copies. Keep one save outside of the Church, or before picking up any plates, to avoid this glitch.
  • It is recommended to go directly up the stairs in the East Wing to save your game and make a backup save due to potential glitches in the Church.
