Walkthrough for defeating Order members in Silent Hill: Townfall. Learn strategies for combat, puzzle solutions, and item locations to progress through the game.

Walkthrough:

1. Examine the DIAGRAM on the white board in the north of the room. The diagram labels: A = Water feed, B = Boiler, C = Steam feed.
2. Do not rotate the valve handle with 'A' on the west wall yet. All valves must be rotated in a specific order.
3. Climb up either ladder. Near the northwest wall by the turbine, pick up the FIRST AID KIT. Outside the Foreman's Office, grab PISTOL AMMUNITION and RIFLE AMMUNITION from the shelf.
4. Climb to the second floor and examine the NOTICE on the wall outside the Foreman's Office. This note reveals the correct valve order, starting with the one controlling the boilers.
5. The valve order is: B (Boiler), A (Water feed), C (Steam feed).
6. Rotate Valve B on the side of the long turbine to turn off the boilers.
7. Rotate Valve A on the first floor.
8. Rotate Valve C.
9. Once Valve C is rotated, the green light on the main controls on the second floor will illuminate. Move to these controls on the east side of the second floor and pull the lever to shut off power and end the noise. A cutscene will play.
10. Objective Update: Return to the prison.
11. After the cutscene, wait on the second floor. Two Order members will climb the ladder to attack; one has an assault rifle. Use the shotgun to defeat them. If the assault rifle Order member stays on the first floor, climb down to fight him.
12. Climb or drop to the first floor and exit through the door Alex used to enter.
13. Backtrack to the Break Room and save your game.
14. Exit the building through the Reception area.
15. On the streets, you will encounter Ferals and Schisms. Make your way quickly to the east door of the Boiler Room.
16. In the Boiler Room basement, a Lurker will appear near the southeast end. Move into the water and prepare to fight it. Exit through the northeast door back to the streets.
17. Travel north on Simmons Street to the gate of the Overlook Penitentiary. A Siam will break through the gate; defeat it with your shotgun or handgun.
18. Enter the Penitentiary area. To the left of the two doors on the west side, pick up a HEALTH DRINK from a garbage dumpster. In the back of the truck on the south side, find the PULASKI AXE.
19. Optional: To get the M14 Assault Rifle from Dargento Cemetery, return to the east side of Silent Hill via the door on the east side of Sagan Street before entering the Penitentiary.
20. Enter Dargento Cemetery through the south entrance and run to Janus Garden.
21. Optional: Solve the Statue/Stone Puzzle: Place the Turquoise stone (December) in the front slot (marked 'XII') and the Garnet stone (January) in the back slot (marked 'I') of the Janus statue. The MOON GARDEN KEY will fall out.
22. Optional: Find the Moon Garden gate on your map, unlock it with the Moon Garden Key, and defeat the Smog that attacks. Near the mausoleum, find the M14 ASSAULT RIFLE in a crack in the wall. This unlocks the
