Alright, let's talk about the Smog. You'll run into these guys pretty often, usually out on the streets. They look kinda human but are missing arms, which is a bit unsettling. The main thing to watch out for is how they attack: they'll open up their chest to show off some nasty-looking rib bones or breathe out this poisonous smoke.

Weaknesses & Strategy:

Your best bet against a Smog is usually a handgun. The trick is to keep your distance and wait for it to do one of its attacks where it opens its chest. When you see those glowing orange lungs inside, that's your opening! Two good shots to the lungs will take it down, no joke. You might have to move in a bit and then back away to bait it into opening up. It has a couple of smoke attacks, but the one where it really exposes its lungs is the best time to shoot.

If you prefer getting up close and personal, a melee weapon works just as well on its lungs, but obviously, you'll need to be right on top of it. Wait for it to take a deep breath – that's when it's about to open up. Then, rush in and hit its front, right where the lungs are. The knife's quick stab attack is super effective here. If you time it right after stepping towards a Smog that's showing its lungs, you can often knock it down. Then, you can get in some extra hits while it's on the ground – it's like a counter-attack move (hold LT, then forward + B and attack).

Attacks & Dodging:

• Rib Stab: The Smog will kneel down and then dash forward to stab you with its ribs. You need to press the dodge button right as it starts to kneel.
• Smoke Screen: It ducks down, opens its chest, and puffs smoke all around itself. Dodge just as it starts to rise up from crouching, right before the smoke sprays.
• Smoke Spray: This is the one you want to aim for! The Smog inhales deeply, opens its chest to show its glowing lungs, and then sprays poisonous smoke. If you're close, you can actually dodge this by moving towards it as it inhales and dodging right before it sprays. Be careful though, even dodging to the side up close might still catch you with the smoke.
