Boss Blitz Galaxy - Throwback Throwdown: Fight a Piranha by spinning its tail. Continue to a planet with a Life Mushroom and Comet Medal on the underside. Backflip and spin for the medal. Fight King Kaliente by avoiding fireballs and hitting the green coconut with his projectiles. Fight a big Monty Mole by ground pounding when it arises, then spinning it. A second phase requires ground pounding when its head pops up, then spinning it. After hitting it twice, it moves faster. Ground pound when its head pops up, wait for it to charge, then pound again and spin.

Boss Blitz Galaxy - Bouldergeist: Hit the Checkpoint Flag and use the Luma Shop if needed. Enter the arena and circle Bouldergeist, avoiding rocks. Spin 1-2 released rocks at Bouldergeist. After two hits, it becomes a ghost head; hit it with a Bomb Boo. It grows hands; watch for punches and rocky pillars. Attack the hands with Bomb Boos when they slam down. Two hits to each hand will temporarily disable them. After two hits to Bouldergeist's body, it becomes a ghost head again; hit it with one Bomb Boo to win. Use the Launch Star.

Boss Blitz Galaxy - Fiery Piranha: Fight a fiery Piranha by spinning its tail. Avoid its fire attacks. After two hits, a second phase begins where it throws fireballs. Defeat it to win the Star. A green Luma joins your shipmates.

Boss Blitz Galaxy - Hungry Luma: Head to the Hungry Luma on the map and feed it 2000 Star Bits to access a hidden galaxy.

Flip-Out Galaxy - Wicked Wall Jumps: Head up the stairs and spin to retract the red and blue alternating walls. Practice wall jumping by spinning to activate walls. Access a 1-Up at the far right. Head right and use the pipe.

Flip-Out Galaxy - Blue & Red Steps: Spin for blue steps, then jump and spin to red steps. Jump and spin to red steps, then jump left and spin to blue boxed-in walls. Wall jump off the brick wall, jump and spin to a red step, then a blue step. Jump and spin to a red step, then jump left and spin to blue boxed-in walls. Wall jump to safe platforms and a Checkpoint Flag.

Flip-Out Galaxy - Spikes & Walls: Spin and backflip onto a blue step, jump over an enemy to a red step, then to a second red step. Backflip and spin onto a blue step above, then jump the next enemy. Long jump (without spinning) to the blue steps. Wait for spikes to retract, then jump and spin to a red step, repeating for the next set of spikes and a blue step. Backflip when spikes are down, then spin to retract the blue wall and wall jump left, spinning to reach the blue wall. Wall jump up to the second Checkpoint Flag.

Flip-Out Galaxy - More Spikes & Walls: Head up the steps and wait for spikes to retract, spinning to allow blue walls to form. Wall jump up the first set of boxed-in walls for a 1-Up. Long jump right several times to safety past sets of spikes. You can long jump between the second set of boxed-in walls if spikes are rising.

Flip-Out Galaxy - Comet Medal & Star: Spin for the blue wall on the right to appear, then wall jump off the brick wall back and forth, spinning for a red wall, then up to the platform at the top left. Long jump left and spin to land on top of a blue wall, then long jump left (without spinning) for the Comet Medal. Head back right. Jump right (without spinning) to the red wall, then wall jump and spin, then maneuver far right between two red walls. Wall jump between them, then spin to reveal a blue wall on the right further up. Keep wall jumping to reach the top and spin the crystal twice for the Star. A second Green Luma appears on the ship.
