Strategy:

1. Form a party with Lloyd, Genis, Raine, and Sheena.
2. Deactivate all of Genis's spells except for Thunder Blade or Spark Wave (Spark Wave is recommended).
3. Have Raine continuously use Nurse throughout the battle.
4. You and Sheena should focus on attacking Undine.
5. Spark Wave should deal approximately 600 damage per use.
6. Utilize Unison Attacks to nullify Undine's Spread spell.
7. Be aware that Undine's physical attacks deal around 160 damage per hit.
8. Maintain constant attacks for a secured victory.
