Tempest Rising: Conquer The Wages of Sin

Alright, so you've landed in a familiar spot for The Wages of Sin, right back on the Argent Glacier map. If you remember the mission "Cold Welcome," you'll want to make similar preparations here, especially if you tackled "Lord of Chaos" – those lessons will definitely come in handy.

Your first order of business is to clear out the northern Black Legion camp and their patrols. Once that's done, focus on the eastern side and make sure to capture that easternmost Relay Beacon. Now, here's where things get interesting: head straight for the main base gate. Your squads might suggest another way in, but trust me, marching right through the front door is the way to go. You'll have to deal with enemies and some nasty automated turrets along the way, but push through. You'll soon come face-to-face with the traitor, Martellus.

Fight Martellus the Techmarine

This guy isn't messing around. He's piloting a SUPER POWERFUL CHAOS PREDATOR TANK, and it's got some serious firepower: [ASSAULT CANNON BARRAGE], [MASSIVE ARTILLERY], [TANK CHARGE], and [RAPID FIRE]. His tank has a whopping 837,600 HP.

Here's how to handle this fight:

Send Tarkus in: Seriously, he's your best bet. Keep his [TACTICAL ADVANCE] ability active, and he'll be able to hold his own.
Avitus's Support: Have Avitus use [SIGNUM] to call in artillery strikes. Aim them at both Martellus and Tarkus to keep the pressure on.
Cyrus's Crowd Control: While the main fight is happening, have Cyrus toss [MELTA-BOMBS] and [CLUSTER MINES] into the boss battle area. They'll help soften up any smaller enemies or add to the damage on the tank.
Force Commander's Assault: Get the Force Commander up close and personal. Use [TELEPORT] to close the distance, then unleash [RIGHTEOUS FURY] directly on Martellus.

This is going to be a long fight, so be patient and stick to the plan. You'll eventually wear him down.
