Complete the Gerudo Training Grounds Master Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Find Ice Arrows, Small Keys, Bombchu, and Arrows.

Walkthrough
  1. 1
Open the chests near the entrance for Bombchu and Arrows.
  2. 2
Light unlit torches with Fire Arrows to open the eastern door. Shoot the eye switch above the eastern doorway to open the western door.
  3. 3
Enter the east door. Defeat all enemies within sixty seconds. Use the Biggoron's Sword if you have it to make the Iron Knuckle battle easier. Open the dropped chest for a Blue Rupee.
  4. 4
    Enter the north door.
  5. 5
Grapple onto the target above the ledge to collect the first Silver Rupee.
  6. 6
Head up the incline on the left, turn right at the fork, and collect the second Silver Rupee behind ice.
  7. 7
Head down the opposite way and hang off the ledge for the third Silver Rupee.
  8. 8
Turn left to face a flame wall. Hookshot up to the target to cross and claim the fourth Silver Rupee.
  9. 9
Return to the entrance, turn right at the first fork, then right again. Kill the Freezard to obtain the fifth Silver Rupee.
  10. 10
Head through the newly unlocked door.
  11. 11
Beware of the Skulltula that drops as you enter. Kill the two Stalfos, then clear the final two Skulltulas. Open the chest for Arrows. Note the blue flame and the spot where Navi turns green.
  12. 12
Push the large block and enter the room. Defeat the enemies to get a Purple Rupee.
  13. 13
Return to the previous room. Grab a blue flame bottle. Play the Song of Time where Navi prompts you to spawn a time block.
  14. 14
Hop up, walk into the fake wall, and melt the red ice. Enter the door.
  15. 15
Hop down and shoot the eyes of the statue in the center with arrows to get a Bombchu.
  16. 16
Hookshot onto the statue's head. Look below for a crystal switch engulfed in flames. Activate it to open the doorway on the second floor. Head through it. This room contains a preview of future challenges but nothing else can be done for now.
  17. 17
Return to the previous room and head through the doorway on the lower level.
  18. 18
Use the Hammer to clear the Torch Slugs before engaging the Iron Knuckle. Open the spawned chest for Arrows.
  19. 19
Shoot the Gerudo symbol above the left doorway to spawn a chest in the ring of fire. Hit the switch in the corner to extinguish the flames and get a Small Key. Enter the new door.
  20. 20
Hit the rusted switch to spawn a Hookshot target across the pit. Grapple over and enter the doorway. Open the chest for a Blue Rupee.
  21. 21
Look for an unlit torch by the doorway on the opposite side. Shoot it with a Fire Arrow to light it. Use your Hover Boots to leap across the pits and collect the five Silver Rupees. Enter the door next to the torch.
  22. 22
Kill the Jellyfish enemies. Use Din's Fire to burn the webbing above the water. Use the Iron Boots to sink and collect the five Silver Rupees. Re-surface and collect the Small Key from the chest that appears.
  23. 23
Return to the previous room and Hookshot across to the torch by the stairway. Head up and through the door.
  24. 24
Clear the Dinolfos, Dodongos, and Armos statues by the center to get another Small Key.
  25. 25
Head through the next door to return to the lobby chamber. Proceed through the center door and use your Small Keys to open the locked doors.
  26. 26
In the center of the room, pound the rusted switch. Return to the room with the purple flames (near the statue room) that you noted earlier. Open the chest for the Ice Arrows.
Tips
  • The Biggoron's Sword can make the first Iron Knuckle battle easier.
  • The blue flame and the spot where Navi turns green are important for later.
  • The Ice Arrows found here do not have a significant purpose in the game.
  • There are chests with Green and Blue Rupees, and one hidden above a fake wall with a Purple Rupee, accessible after obtaining the necessary Small Keys.
