    After completing the Water Temple, return to Kakariko Village. Sheik will teach you the Nocturne of Shadow.

    While in Kakariko, if you don't have the Song of Storms, learn it from Guru Guru in the windmill.

    Return to the Graveyard and race Dampe again. Use the Longshot to reach a high ledge before Dampe to get Piece of Heart #28.

    From the windmill, Longshot onto the roof of the blue house and talk to the man for Piece of Heart #29.
