Ice Cavern and Biggoron's Sword

From Hyrule Field, enter Zora's River. Plant a Magic Bean where the Magic Bean seller was. Return at night to ride the plant to a high ledge with a circle of rocks. Hop off, leap to a wall ledge, and use your Hookshot to grab Gold Skulltula #65.

Proceed towards Zora's Domain. After crossing the bridge and turning the corner into the area with criss-crossing platforms, hop onto the railing and look high above for Gold Skulltula #66 near the corner wall.

Enter Zora's Domain. Head to the diving platform where you obtained the Silver Scale as a child. At nighttime, look for Gold Skulltula #67 on the wall facing the atrium.

Head up towards King Zora's Chamber. Enter Zora's Fountain behind him.

Leap across the new ice platforms in Zora's Fountain. Take the right path at the fork to collect Piece of Heart #23.

Return to the fork and take the other path into the Ice Cavern.

In the first room, avoid falling icicles and kill the Freezards with a Spin Attack.

Proceed down the corridor. In the next room, avoid the central blender blade and collect the Silver Rupees. Look high on the wall above one of the Silver Rupees for Gold Skulltula #68. Collecting the last Silver Rupee opens the gates to the next room.

Continue past icicles, Freezards, and Bladetraps. You will find a pedestal burning blue flames. Bottle up as many blue flames as possible. Melt the red ice trapping the chest in the corner to obtain the Dungeon Map.

Return to the previous room. Melt the red ice blocking the southeast passageway.

Melt the red ice to the left of the pedestal to uncover Piece of Heart #24.

Turn around and look on the ice pillar facing where the Piece of Heart was to find Gold Skulltula #69.

Melt the red ice trapping the chest to obtain the dungeon's Compass. Bottle up more blue flame before returning to the previous room.

Melt the ice blocking the west passage to enter a large room with a block puzzle.

Collect the first Silver Rupee on a nearby platform. Push the block west towards the first high pillar with the second Silver Rupee.

Push the block north to reach the high ledge and melt the red ice trapping the third Silver Rupee.

Drop down, push the block into the abyss, then push it south to grab the fourth Silver Rupee.

Push the block west towards the final pillar with the fifth Silver Rupee. Here, you can play the Song of Time for extra Rupees.

Before leaving this room, grab Gold Skulltula #70 on one of the corner walls.

Head south through the newly opened passageway into an arena. Defeat the White Wolfos to spawn a chest containing the Iron Boots.

Sheik will teach you the Serenade of Water. Do not use it yet. Step into the water puddle and sink with your new boots.

Exit the dungeon, refilling your blue flames if necessary.

Return to Zora's Domain and melt the red ice entrapping King Zora.
