Use your Navigation Terminal to pilot a course for the Stellar Bay Landing Pad on Monarch. You will unlock the Something's Fishy trophy upon leaving the ship.

Take the elevator down and speak to someone called Grimm. Tell him your name for a bit of Monarch Stellar Industries Reputation.

Agree to ask Celia about his tossball poster to initiate The Grimm Tomorrow.

A short distance ahead is The Yacht Club. If you initiated Signal Point In Space earlier, you will have a requirement to meet up with Sophia's agent here.

Turn right by the Yacht Club and make your way around to a restaurant. Look for Everett Gill leaning against a wall.

Give Gill the passphrase that Sophia gave you. He will direct you to Nyoka in the Yacht Club (24000XP).

Return to the Yacht Club and find your contact, Nyoka, standing by the bar.

Talk to her and ask her about finding an information broker. She'll ask you to get something to help her sober up.

You can make a 25 Medical check to identify the medicine she needs. Agree to help her (15428XP) to initiate Passion Pills.

While you're in the Yacht Club, you can trade with Maguire at the bar or use the vending machine.

Go upstairs and out onto the balcony. Talk to Caleb Herrick here to learn that he and his coworkers are on strike.

Agree to mediate with their supervisor, Velma, to initiate Herrick's Handiwork.

Just opposite Caleb is a door to a storeroom with some minor loot.

Go behind the Yacht Club to find Sebastian Adams. Talk to him and follow the Mr. Pickett line of questioning to initiate Mr. Pickett's Biggest Game. You can also trade with him.

Head to the nearby gate and you'll find Agnes Needham. Agree to help find her son to initiate A Family Matter.

Go west from Agnes and you'll find another trader, Zeng Shuren. There's also a workbench here.

Go into the nearby MSI Building where you'll find Celia Robbins talking to Sanjar Nandi.

Ask Celia about Grimm's tossball poster and she'll point you in the direction of Velma in the warehouse (5625XP).

Ask her about buying animal parts from Sebastian and offer to talk to him on her behalf to initiate Flowers For Sebastian.

Follow Sanjar's conversation options to initiate BOLT With His Name. You can also get lots of background information on Monarch from him. Before leaving, steal the OSI Puzzle Cube from the desk.

Go back to Sebastian and ask him about Celia. Mention that she's interested in a date and you can make a Persuade check to avoid having to bribe him (6750XP).

Return to Celia to tell her that Sebastian has agreed to a date (15750XP, 375 bits, MSI Reputation).

Go back outside and head west past Zeng's. A man called Talmadge Kerr will come running out of an apartment building claiming that someone's been killed.

Talk to him and he'll tell you where he found a body. Go inside the building he came out of and go through the door by the vending machines to initiate The Stainless Steel Rat.

Examine the notepad on the table to pick up a Tossball Betting Slip and examine the satchel full of clothes in the corner of the apartment (5625XP).

The other apartment on the ground floor contains some minor loot and a terminal with passive-aggressive messages to other inhabitants.

There are two apartments on the upper floor. In the toilet of one is a level 30 locked case with OK loot.

The building across from the apartments belongs to Chef Raymond. Go upstairs to the balcony, pick the level 20 lock on his storeroom door and loot the place.

Continue to the end of the street and head north to the Dispensary. Go inside to see Abigail Edwards discussing Velma with someone called Frederick Halstead.

When they've finished, ask Abigail about getting a Caffenoid supplement. You can lie to her if you like.

Tell her that the pills are for Nyoka and you'll learn that Nyoka has exceeded her allotment. At this point, you can make Persuade or Intimidate checks.

The Persuade check will reveal that Abigail has a key to the Supply Room. Ask about Dr. Williams and you'll learn that he can be found in the graveyard.

You should only need to look for Dr. Williams's body if you're really unskilled, since you can pickpocket Abigail for the key, pick the level 30 lock or hack the level 55 terminal to increase Nyoka's Caffenoid allotment. You can also use the terminal to read Abigail's attempts at romance novels. However you choose to do it, you will obtain some Caffenoid (22500XP).

Don't return to Nyoka at this point.

Just to the north of the Dispensary is Leftfield Tossball Batting. Go inside and talk to Nell.

Ask her about the betting slip and you'll get a name. You'll also learn that he owed money to someone called Elijah who can be found in the alley behind the Yacht Club (5625XP).

Head east from Leftfield. The large entrance on the left leads into the Saltuna Fishery. Find Velma at the back and ask her about Grimm's poster (5625XP).

It seems that she has a competing offer for the poster. You can bribe or intimidate her, but you don't need to do either.

If you mention her missing coworker, she will ask you to go and check up on Braxton in the apartments, initiating the Secret People.

Leave through the warehouse's back door to emerge by the docks. Go left and look behind some crates for a bin with a Broken Tossball Stick with a name "Elijah" on it.

Go round the crates to the right and you'll find the body of a SubLight Contractor.

Examine the note on his body to advance Space Crime Continuum.

Go to the apartments (where you found the body earlier). Braxton's apartment is the one on the upper floor on the right.

There's someone inside called Laura. Ask her about Braxton and make Persuade or Medical checks to obtain his whereabouts.

Make your way towards the southeast exit (the one near the Yacht Club).
