Walkthrough: Skipped the Hope to Terra 2

1. Return to the Unreliable and go to the cockpit to hear from Phineas. He advises finishing quests, saving, buying Adreno, unlocking Health Insurance, and reloading.
2. Fly to Phineas's Lab. Defeat four corporate soldiers.
3. Access Phineas's inner lab. If you can't Hack (90), find a passcode in a nearby cystypig.
4. Use the terminal to open a panel in Phineas's quarters. Go through the door.
5. In Phineas's quarters, collect Phin's Phorce (unique weapon) and the Tartarus NavKey from the panel.
6. Return to the Unreliable. Your crew will speak with you.
7. Go to the cockpit and set a course for Tartarus to unlock the 'Hard Time' achievement.
8. Upon arrival, you'll be hailed by a Corporate Trooper. Persuade (100), Lie (100), or Intimidate (100) him to get a Labyrinth Security Personnel ID Cartridge.
9. Leave your ship. Assist Mardet troops against corporate soldiers in the docking bay. Ignore level 85 locked doors if unable to open them.
10. Climb to the upper level (stairs right, ladder left) and find the first RAM password on a datapad.
11. Take the lift down to the Cargo Yard. Use a disguise or prepare for combat. If Eva Chandra was killed, SubLight will attack.
12. Find the second RAM password on a datapad in a room with vending machines on the eastern side.
13. A level 100 terminal at the southern end opens the Armory for loot.
14. Use the lift at the end of the Cargo Yard to reach the exit. Use the workbench and vending machines if needed.
15. Enter The Pit. A level 55 door is to your left; its terminal offers information.
16. To find the third RAM password, go around the other way, across the central bridge, turn right, and enter a control room. The password is under a table.
17. In the control room, talk to Melody about the Forced Pacification System (FPS).
18. Use the terminal to find a password is required. Talk to Melody again and pass a level 100 speech check to get the password.
19. Use the password to gas guards. Wait before exiting due to lethal gas.
20. Take the lift platform up. Iconoclast forces will assault the area. Assist them if desired.
21. Head north and east towards the exit.
22. Use the terminal next to a sealed door to unseal it and enter Chairman Rockwell's office.
23. If Sophia is alive, talk to Rockwell. Lie (90), Intimidate (90), or Persuade (90) him to pass. If Sophia is dead, the room is empty.
24. Go through the opposite door and take the lift up. MSI forces will attack. Assist them if desired.
25. Fight to the lift in the center of the area.
26. At the top, your final antagonist contacts you via terminal. If Sophia is dead, it's Chairman Rockwell. He won't reason; skip to the RAM boss fight.
27. If Sophia is alive, she has Phineas captive. Talk to her. Select 'Let's Talk About This'. Persuade (100) her about the threat you pose and that the Board isn't worth dying for.
28. Choose: Lie (100) to turn her against Rockwell, or Persuade (90) / Science (90) about saving the colony.
29. Finally, use Intimidate (100) or Lie (90) / Hack (90) options to threaten her. Sophia will yield.
30. If you fail the dialogue, skip to the RAM boss fight.
31. Pick up the Chairman's Key from the table and free Phineas.
32. Engage in dialogue. Phineas offers colony leadership; this choice determines an ending. Congratulations on Halcyon's prosperous future.

Walkthrough: Skipped the Hope to Tartarus

1. Return to the Unreliable and go to the cockpit to hear a message from Chairman Rockwell. Phineas has started a prison riot and taken Sophia hostage. Your companions will offer their thoughts.
2. You are approaching the point of no return.
