Earning Emblems: You can only set emblems for your own use if you have unlocked them. If you lose a fight, you have not earned the emblem. Fight opponents to earn emblems you haven't unlocked. Arcade Tournaments sometimes offer emblems as a first-place prize, which can be your only chance to get them if the player is rare or hard to find.

Making Money: There is no single way to earn fast money, but several methods exist. Item Battles can yield money, especially when you don't have an Orb Disc (object) and focus on earning clothing items. Participating in Arcade Tournaments can also earn money. If an emblem is the grand prize, intentionally lose the final fight and compete for the second-place prize, which is usually money. As your rank increases and you deal with fewer emblem hunts, tournaments will offer larger monetary winnings. Losing intentionally can also provide cash. When a Sega Balloon (in-game event) is active, entering an arcade can lead to fights where the prize is primarily money for about ten fights, provided you don't need Orb Discs, have earned many items, and have a high rank.

Winning and Losing: Winning normally earns experience points and helps you level up. However, winning against an opponent with a significantly higher title ranking can cause you to lose experience points. If you don't need to win a match, you can quit to avoid this. If winning benefits you (e.g., your experience bar flashes or the item is rare), then win. Losing a match typically earns you a measly 50 (currency name not specified) for losing. Making a habit of losing on purpose can accumulate money, but it also causes you to lose experience points rapidly, potentially dropping your rank. This strategy might be viable early in the game if you have the patience.

Accessing Special Arcade Fighters: After reaching the rank of Master, Special Arcade fighters will begin to randomly appear in various arcades on the map.
