Where to Find Qiao Ying and Complete Her Quest

Complete the Qiao Ying quest in wuchang fallen feathers. Find her in Shu Sanctum, defeat the Gluttonous Monstrosity for the White Jade Dumpling, and make a choice.

Qiao Ying Choice: Found It or Discard It?

Upon returning to Qiao Ying with the White Jade Dumpling, you have the option to tell her you found it or that you discarded it. She claims the item has life-extending properties.

• Regardless of your choice, the immediate reward is the same: 3x Divination Crescents and 1x Faint Red Feather. However, the dialogue and subsequent quest chain differ.
• If you chose to discard the item: Qiao Ying states she will go to the forest and will not be a bother. She is next encountered in Chapter 3 at the Refugee Camp.
• If you chose to give her the White Jade Dumpling: She appears in Chapter 2 in the Snowy Passage area, identifiable by her proximity to the Hillswatch shrine.

Chapter 2 Meetings (If you gave her the dumpling):

1. Qiao Ying is located near the Hillswatch shrine at the start of Chapter 2.
2. Approach her and offer the White Jade Bunny again, which she accepts as food. She mentions having a son who is a general.
3. Proceed to the Snowy Passage shrine, take the left path into the village.
4. Navigate through the ruined village entrance and up the sloped pathway on the left where rebels are fighting monsters.
5. At the top of the hill, turn right past the trip wire mines. Enter the house with an open front door; she is upstairs.
6. She will ask you to deliver a message to the general in the main army camp. Accept the task.
7. You can then defeat the Rebel Camp boss and return to her with another White Jade Dumpling. She will then mention she is looking for her son.

Note: Due to story developments involving Nian Suichang and his brother, Qiao Ying does not appear to find her son, and her questline seemingly concludes here.

Chapter 3 Qiao Ying (If you discarded the dumpling):

1. Navigate through the Battlefield Site from the cave near Hillswatch, emerging into the mountain area.
2. Pass through the gap in the wall and the small town.
3. Enter the hovel area via the second entrance on the right, then proceed through the pathway in the corruption pool cave.
4. Follow the pathway down, turn right, and descend ladders to the Refugee Camp.
5. Locate Qiao Ying near a tent and campfire area, to the right of the White Robe Elder and across the bridge leading to the Refugee Camp.
6. Speak with her. She discusses becoming a monster hunter and gives you some fruit.
7. Enter the Avian Forest, defeat the Feathered Descendant - Duyu, and return to her. You will then have a choice to encourage her to look for more fruit.
