Yakuza 4 features three distinct Cabaret Clubs: Shine (Pink Street), Jewel (Shichifuku), and Elise (Taihei). Visiting these clubs involves spending money, with initial minimums and the option for further investment. Note that only Akiyama, Tanimura, and Kiryu can patronize these clubs; Saejima will refuse, and Akiyama cannot visit Elise due to ownership. Upon entering, you'll be assigned a hostess. After your first visit, you'll receive a hostess's business card, allowing you to specifically request her on future visits.

During a visit, your hostess may comment on your appearance, with reactions influenced by your equipped accessories. While some heart-boosting items are expensive or late-game, cheaper options like the Charisma Ring can be found early. The guide suggests that focusing on conversation can be effective even without optimal accessories.

• Food and Drink: Hostesses have preferences for food and drink orders. The guide lists positive reactions and the cheapest options, noting that while expensive champagne elicits a strong positive reaction, it's not economical.
• Conversation: Hostesses initiate topics (usually 2-4 per visit). The guide provides the best responses in order. Special conversations occur after dates, and topics can be interrupted by 'Heat Gaze' or 'Gossip' prompts. Extending your visit is possible once per session for an additional fee and more topics.
• Heat Gaze: At certain heart levels (8 and 14), you'll engage in a first-person view where you must focus on a part of the hostess's body to elicit a proper response.
• Gossip: Hostesses may ask you to bring up interesting topics. These topics must be learned individually by characters from NPCs in the world. Examples include discussions about '777 Town,' 'Amoebatar,' 'Footbaths,' 'Pole Dancing,' 'Ghost in the Underground Mall,' 'Golf Dates,' 'Sweet Sake,' and 'Eating Liver.' Repeating topics yields diminishing returns.
• Dates: As your relationship with a hostess progresses, she may call to ask you out. Arriving promptly is important, as lateness can decrease your Heart Meter, while early arrival offers a small boost. Upon arrival, you'll encounter a brief story segment followed by a choice of where to go.
