Chapter 7 - The Dragon and the Koi

Head to Utabori II, your old tattoo artist, to investigate a body found in Tokyo Bay with a familiar tattoo.

Utabori II will deny the tattoo is his work, but Akira Nishikiyama will call and arrange a meeting.

Return to Serena, where Haruka runs off after Kiryu makes some poor choices.

Team up with Date (who will assist in fights) to search for Haruka.

Go to Theater Square and speak to Aoki, who directs you to Club SEGA.

Inside Club SEGA, listen to schoolgirls to learn you need to go to Shichifuku Parking Lot.

At Shichifuku Parking Lot, threaten a drunk twice to learn the info is at a nearby park.

Both Children's Park and West Park are decoys; go to Public Park 3 on Tenkaichi Alley.

Heal up and proceed to Public Park 3, which leads to Stardust.

Prepare for a tough fight at Stardust against many armed men. Use the Komaki Shot Stopper if available, Beast style with stools against groups, and Rush style against the final large enemy.

After the Stardust fight, you will gain a hideout in Purgatory and Haruka will start accompanying you.

With Haruka, you can go to Karaoke for Completion and undertake Substories requiring her.

Go to the Lottery Ticket stand near Millennium Tower and pay 100,000 yen in tags to enter. The final Locker Key is also found here.

Speak to the man at Cho-han and bet freely; Haruka's ability to predict dice rolls will help you gain tags.

When the dealer returns, bet only 1 yen on the next roll.

A fight will break out against the dealer and security. Use Beast style for groups, then Rush or Brawler for the final two enemies.

Winning the fight returns your 100,000 yen and your tags.

The Gambling Hall is now open. Head back to Purgatory to drop Haruka off.

Go to Serena and speak to Mr. Magikarp.

Fight a group of men with Wooden Katanas in Serena; use Beast style.

Exit Serena and fight more men outside, including Nishiki's Captain, Shindo. Use their weapons and all styles to defeat them.
