Start by avoiding the sliding Beach Koopa and jumping up the slope to grab the first Dragon Coin. Dodge the incoming Banzai Bill.

Hit the Question Box for a Super Mushroom or Fire Flower. Continue past the Rexes and climb the slopes to get the second Dragon Coin.

Use spin jumps on Rotating Blocks to proceed. Enter the blue Warp Pipe and spin jump on Flip Blocks to access a room with coins and the third Dragon Coin. Exit the room to reach the Midway Gate.

After the Midway Gate, head towards the top of a hill with Rexes to find the fourth Dragon Coin. Avoid the second Banzai Bill and hit the rotating block to reveal a 1-Up Mushroom.

Dodge the third Banzai Bill. Either let the 1-Up Mushroom fall into the pit or jump on the Banzai Bill to get it from the clouds.

Hit the next Question Box for a power-up. Avoid the last Banzai Bill, grab the final Dragon Coin, and pass the Chargin' Chuck to reach the Giant Gate, which unlocks the Yellow Switch Palace.

Tips

You can hold an extra item in the box at the top of the screen by pressing the SELECT button.
To pick up a shell, use the X or Y Button. To throw a shell upwards, look up and let go of the button.
