It pops up after you finish 'The Trade Delegate,' so if you've done that, you're good to go. Just head to the bureau, grab it from the contract board, and then make sure to track it in your menu.

Walkthrough

Where to Start: You'll begin outside the Prince's Palace. Find that marked bench and sit down. We need to wait for nightfall, so just chill for a bit.

Spotting the Target: Once it's dark, Basim will get up. Whip out your Eagle Vision – you'll see the target glowing orange. Your main goal here is to follow him without him spotting you. The first part is pretty chill; there are lots of bushes and plants to duck into, especially when he stops to chat with those two guards.

Into the Alley: After he talks to the second guard, he'll head down an alley. Keep an eye on your detection meter; it'll start turning yellow as he enters a restricted area. Heads up: if he spots you at any point, you'll have to go all the way back to that starting bench and wait for the next night. So, stay hidden!

Taking the High Road: To avoid getting caught, it's best to climb onto the buildings and follow him from above. You'll run into a guard blocking your path, so take him out quietly to clear the way.

The Flower Cart Trick: At the end of your path, you'll see a flower cart. Dive into it – it's a perfect hiding spot. The messenger will then head towards the Prince's Palace gates, which is another restricted zone.

Palace Infiltration: This is the trickiest part, with guards everywhere. Drop down into the flower patch below you and use it to keep following the messenger. Make sure no guards are patrolling nearby as you move.

The Message Swap: He'll duck behind a wall to leave a message. Don't follow him right away! Wait until he's moved on. Then, sneak over to the table where he was and switch out the message.

Escape: Once the message is swapped, all you need to do is get out of the Prince's Palace. Just make your way out, and you'll complete the contract.

Tips

Use Eagle Vision frequently to keep track of the messenger and nearby guards.
Utilize the environment – bushes, flower carts, and rooftops are your best friends for staying hidden.
If you get detected, don't panic. Just return to the starting bench and try again the next night. Patience is key!
