Fear Multi-Takedown through a weak wooden wall
This one's a bit tricky, so I recommend getting it done first. You need to perform a Fear Multi-Takedown, not just a regular one, through a weak wooden wall. There are two such walls: one inside the glass restaurant area and another outside near the Sentry Gun. Your best bet is the one by the Sentry Gun. First, use your Remote Hacking Device to temporarily disable the turret. Then, enter the grating near it to find a storeroom behind the weak wall. Once inside, switch on your Detective Mode. This will make the Soldier with the Scanner notice you, so let the detection bar fill to red, but don't let it complete before switching Detective Mode off. Now, wait for a couple of guards to get close to the weak wall. When they're in position, perform a Fear Multi-Takedown right through the wall. Immediately grapple up to the monorail tracks above to dodge the Sentry Turret's fire.

Remote Hacking Device to KO an enemy
Next up, we'll use those generators on the upper platforms. Grab an enemy's attention using your Voice Synthesizer and have them inspect a generator. As they get close, switch to your Remote Hacking Device and hack the generator. Boom! It'll explode, taking out the soldier with it. Easy star.

Take out the Minigunner with an environmental takedown
With the first two objectives done, you can take out the rest of the enemies however you like, just leave the Minigunner for last. Floor grates and vantage points are your friends here. Once it's just you and the Minigunner, you need to get close to an environmental takedown point. I found the power box inside the restaurant area, right next to the weak wooden wall and a floor exit grate, to be super useful. Use your Voice Synthesizer to lure the Minigunner over to the window near the power box. Then, pop out from the grate, attack him, and perform the environmental takedown. That's your third star!
- Be aware that the enemies are very quick to lay proximity mines, so don't linger too long in one spot after starting the takedowns.
- The Sentry Gun can be a major pain; always try to disable it or stay out of its line of sight when possible.
- Luring enemies with the Voice Synthesizer is key for both the generator KO and setting up the Minigunner takedown.
