    Head to Wayne Tower in the south-eastern corner of Miagani Island and enter the parking garage.

    Defeat the ambush of 20 Drone Tanks (9 Rattlers, 6 Mambas, 5 Diamondbacks) using the Batmobile. Utilize the central structure for cover and the Missile Barrage upgrade.

    Park the Batmobile in the indicated spot to receive the Sonar upgrade.

    Use the Batmobile Sonar in Battle Mode to track root systems on the mini-map (white outlines, red dot for the source). Be aware of re-populated APCs and Drone Tanks.

    Follow the roots to an alleyway behind the Bank of Gotham, north of the road leading from Wayne Tower and halfway to Mercy Bridge.

    Position the Batmobile above the red dot and hold the sonar button to unleash a Sonar Blast, triggering a cut-scene.

    After the cut-scene, you'll be on a rooftop. Fly to the adjacent rooftop where 10 Soldiers (3 with melee weapons), a Medic, and a Brute are attacking a giant plant.

    After defeating the enemies, you'll have communicator conversations.
