Track the Arkham Knight and Investigate the Crash Site

Follow Batman: Arkham Knight's guide to track the Arkham Knight's vehicle to a crash site, then use your Detective Mode to investigate the scene and uncover crucial evidence.

Alright, it's time to get back on the Arkham Knight's trail. Head back to that bridge we crossed earlier. Once you get there, glide across to the other side and hop into the Batmobile. Drive it up to the objective marker nearby to lower the bridge.

Warning: As soon as that bridge goes down, you're going to be ambushed by Drone Tanks. You'll face six Rattlers and Diamondbacks, plus two new Mamba tanks. Mambas are pretty weak, like the standard Rattlers, but they have a nasty habit of attacking from way further away and launching homing missiles. You absolutely need to shoot those missiles down with your machine guns if you want to survive this!

Once the bridge is clear, turn on your Forensic Scanner and follow the tire tracks across. Just a heads-up, Miagani Island is crawling with Rattler Drone Tanks. If you run into any while you're driving, they'll often call for backup, leading to more Batmobile fights.

Keep following those tracks until you reach the very end. You'll find a crash site, so park the Batmobile and get out on foot.

Now, approach the crash site and get your Detective Mode ready. We need to use the evidence scanner to piece together what happened here. Look for points of interest and hold down the interact button to scan them. You can then use the left and right triggers to move forward and backward through the crime scene's timeline.

Here’s how to solve this one:

1. First, inspect the car.
2. Then, play time forward to see the driver eject. Find and inspect the driver's body.
3. Head back to the car and inspect the passenger side seat.
4. Play time forward again to watch the car door fly off. You'll find it on the nearby dock – go inspect it.
5. Move up to the road and start playback. You'll see where Oracle landed. Scan the broken pallet on the ground.
6. Next, scan the bullet hole right in front of where Oracle landed.
7. Finally, play through the crime scene until Oracle is crawling. Watch her left hand closely – she throws something. Inspect the crate nearby.

After inspecting the object Oracle left behind, a cutscene will trigger. Once it's done, the game will prompt you to select your next mission. Make sure to choose the ‘City of Fear’ main quest to keep the campaign going.
