Part 1: Occupy Gotham

Bleake Island Watch Tower 01:
Map Co-ordinates: (2197, 2780)
Description: On top of the building a block directly north of Mercy Bridge.
This watchtower is a small predator area with four Soldiers (two with camouflage armour), a Boa Drone, and a Minigunner. A wall-mounted Sentry Turret overlooks the rooftop. Use the Remote Hacking Device to blind the Sentry Turret before engaging. Use the Remote Hacking Device to download Boa Drone codes and the Disruptor to sabotage weapons crates, then use the Voice Synthesizer for distractions. Leave the Minigunner for last. After eliminating all enemies, use Explosive Gel on the command console.

Bleake Island Watch Tower 02:
Map Co-ordinates: (2130, 2614)
Description: On a roof halfway up the building adjacent to the gas station, just north of the GCPD headquarters.
This watchtower is a small enclosure guarded by four Soldiers, three Combat Experts, and three Brutes (one with a shock stick, one with a shield). Blind the Sentry Turret with the Remote Hacking Device before approaching. Focus on Thugs and Combat Experts first, then deal with Brutes using environmental takedowns. If the Sentry Turret timer expires, grapple out and re-apply the hack. After eliminating all enemies, use Explosive Gel on the command console.

Bleake Island Watch Tower 03:
Map Co-ordinates: (1922, 2469)
Description: On a rooftop just northeast of Oracle’s Clock Tower and just south of the large roundabout.
This watchtower is a predator area with eight armed Soldiers, a Medic, and two Boa Drones. Use the Remote Hacking Device to download Boa Drone codes, sabotage weapons crates with the Disruptor, and use the Voice Synthesizer for distractions. Use the overhead cable for stealth. Prioritize the Medic, then pick off isolated enemies using silent and corner takedowns. Use Fear Multi-Takedowns for groups. After eliminating all enemies, use Explosive Gel on the command console.

Bleake Island Watch Tower 04:
Map Co-ordinates: (1961, 1947)
Description: On the western side of the Urbarail station building in Chinatown, just north of the Perdition Bridge.
This watchtower has two Thugs. The entry point is via the windows on the river side (southwest) of the building. Exploring the building before taking over the watchtower and attempting to enter via the stairs on the northeast side will lead to iron bars and dialogue. After eliminating all enemies, use Explosive Gel on the command console.
