Alright, let's get this next Weapons Cache sorted. This one's tied to Penguin, so expect some familiar territory if you've been paying attention to his smuggling operations. We're heading to North Refrigeration, which is basically a front Penguin set up in Blüdhaven to move illegal weapons. He even snagged the deed from his old manor to make it official.

Nightwing actually tipped Batman off about this place and helped track down the trucks leading back to the main cache. It's a good thing, too, since Batman's been dealing with Scarecrow and the Arkham Knight, and could use the help. We'll need to make sure all these weapons are out of commission and Penguin is put away for good.
