    Make your way to the objective marker under Mercy Bridge in northern Miagani Island.

    Enter the door and approach the televisions for a monologue.

    After the scene, destroy the weak wall that has appeared, drop onto the walkway below, and pull the lever at the far end.

    This starts a fight. Knock your opponent towards the hanging cell at the back of the room and perform an environmental takedown to end the fight.
