Here's the rundown:

1. Webbed Hollow - Pool of Scattered Jade: You'll find this first spot right by the Pool of Scattered Jade Shrine. To get there, start at the Upper Hollow Shrine, take the path to your right, then drop down using the first set of wooden planks you see on the left. Just follow the cave around, and you'll spot it.
2. Webbed Hollow - Middle Hollow: This second spot is directly across from the Middle Hollow Shrine. From The Vendure Bridge Shrine, head left and drop into the hole. Keep following the path, go up the first set of stairs on your left, then up the stairs to the left of the building. Follow that path to the right, and you'll find the meditation point.
3. Webbed Hollow - Lower Hollow: For the third spot, start at the Lower Hollow Shrine, turn around, and hug the left wall. You'll find a gap to go through. Head right, and you'll find it. Alternatively, you can reach this by following the path to the right from the Cliff of Oblivion Shrine.
4. Yellow Flower Mountain - Forest of Ferocity: This fourth meditation point is pretty straightforward. From the Forest of Ferocity area, just head left. It's waiting for you on a small platform.
5. Temple of Yellow Flowers - Temple Entrance: Head to the Temple Entrance Shrine. Go up the stairs, and then enter the first room on your right. That's where you'll find the fifth spot.
6. Purple Cloud Mountain - Valley of Blooms: This final spot is found starting at the Valley of Blooms Shrine. Go right at the end of the bridge and keep moving forward. Look a little to your left, and you'll see a slope you can take upwards. Once you reach the next bridge, look to your right.
