Bridge of Evil Points of Interest

Secret Enemy: Revisit the train late in the game (around level 40) and head to the train car with the seats where Zangetsu used his grappling hook to get up to the roof. Sit in the seat and look out the window. After some time, an enemy will come through the window and attack you. Immediately jump out of the car, stand above the monster, and use magic to defeat it.

Bridge of Evil Loot (Requires ID Passplate)

  1. Capacity Up: On the train, get up on the roof and run all the way to the left. This is nestled on top of a connecting section between two train cars.
  2. 2,000 G: After climbing onto the ceiling for the first time, drop down on the right side and come up behind a door/lever from the right. You'll see the chest to the right of them.
  3. Honebami: In the upper-right corner of the right-most train car.
  4. Assassinate: Just outside the Save Room.
  5. HP Max Up: In the room outside the Save Room. There's a weak wall on the right side about halfway down.

Bridge of Evil Loot with Reflector Ray

  1. MP Max Up: On the train, get up on the roof and run all the way to the left (by #1). There's a Hidden Area (a secret area not visible on the minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) off the top of the screen at the top of the huge train car on the left. Stand on the car to the right and use Reflector Ray and Double Jump to get up on the car to the left.
  2. HP Max Up: On the train, get up on the roof and run all the way to the left (by #1). There's a Hidden Area off the top of the screen at the top of the huge train car on the left. Stand on the car to the right and use Reflector Ray and Double Jump to get up on the car to the left. This is just to the left of the MP Max Up in the same area.

Underground Sorcery Lab Points of Interest

Gusions: On the first trip through this room, the green vats don't seem to be breakable. On later trips, they will be. If they are broken, Gusion enemies will come out.

Cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically): In the second room as you come from the Bridge of Evil, you'll come across a long room with green vats. You'll encounter a cutscene (a non-interactive story sequence) the first time you come through the room.

Boss: Region boss fight.

Underground Sorcery Lab Loot

  1. Walnut, Black Pepper: In the first room coming from the Bridge of Evil, this chest is on a mid-level platform on the left side of the room.
  2. Curry Powder, Walnut: In the room outside the Save Room. This is on the floor in the middle of the room.
  3. IX/XD/1766: Directly outside the Save Room.

Underground Sorcery Lab with Reflector Ray

  1. HP Max Up: In the lower-left corner of the room just outside the Teleportation Room.
  2. Skull Necklace: Break through the floor in the lower-left corner of the room just outside the Teleportation Room to find a Secret Room (a hidden area).
  3. MP Max Up: Break through the floor in the lower-left corner of the room just outside the Teleportation Room to find a Secret Room.
  4. Silver Power Ring: In the upper-left corner of the room just outside the Teleportation Room. Use Reflector Ray to get into the small area.
  5. Force Blast: Immediately outside the Teleportation Room.

Underground Sorcery Lab with Invert

  1. Damascus Equipment/R: Go to the room directly to the right of the Bathin Boss Fight room. There's a door in the upper-right. Go through it to find the Chest.
  2. Shortcut: Go to the room directly to the right of the Bathin Boss Fight room. . Go through it into a small room with a demon and a Green Chest. Break the wall on the right.
  3. HP Max Up: Go to the room directly to the right of the Bathin Boss Fight room. . Go through it into a small room with a demon and a Green Chest. Break the wall on the right.

Forbidden Underground Waterway Points of Interest

Benjamin: In the waterfall room to the left of the right-most Save Room, there is a ledge halfway down on the right. Land on it and break the wall to the right to find a secret room. You'll find the second part of the Stranded Man quest called The Still Stranded Man. Give Benjamin a Waystone to complete.

Forbidden Underground Waterway Loot (Assumes you have Reflector Ray)

  1. MP Max Up: At the top of the room outside the right-most Save Room. Climb to the top and break the wall on the right.
  2. Elemental Ammunition/R: In the room two left and one up from the right-most Save Room. Climb to the top of the room to find the chest in the upper left corner.
  3. Crimson Blizzard: Outside the right-most Save Room.
  4. HP Max Up: Left one and down one from the right-most Save Room.
  5. Shortcut Shard: Left one and down one from the right-most Save Room.
  6. Curry Powder: From the right-most Save Room, run as far left as possible and double jump over the large waterfall. This is on the opposite ledge.
  7. Curry Dish/R: From the right-most Save Room, run as far left as possible and double jump over the large waterfall.
