Action Pointers

Cover System: Always utilize the cover system. Enemies will quickly eliminate you if you're caught in the open. Line up shots before peeking out and only expose yourself briefly. For weapons like the shotgun, releasing the cover button after firing can allow Jensen to return to cover faster.

Bottleneck Enemies: Choose your engagement locations wisely. Lure enemies by firing a shot and position yourself near entrances to limit their maneuverability. This prevents flanking, restricts their movement, and enhances the effectiveness of blind fire.

Maintain Distance: Enemies are less effective at range. Engage them from a distance whenever possible, using weapons like the machine pistol or 10mm pistol for accurate pot shots. Plan to start fights with distance in mind.

Iron Sight: While shooting from cover is accurate, using your weapon's iron sight outside of cover offers a significant improvement. A good tactic is to line up a shot while in cover, then release the cover button and use the crouch toggle to quickly exit and enter cover, using iron sights for precise shots on distant targets.

Movement: Use cover to your advantage by moving around. Enemies track your last known location, so repositioning can draw them out. Wait for impatient enemies to investigate your new position, creating opportunities to attack them when they are out of cover.

Dealing with Bots: Security robots are tough. EMP grenades are effective, but if unavailable, find cover you can circle around. Use a heavy weapon like a shotgun, moving around the cover relative to the robot's movement. Pop out for a couple of shots and retreat to cover when its weapon charges up.
