Walkthrough

    Phase 1 - Initial Engagement:
    • If you have a laser rifle: Run to the center construct, turn right, and face the console. Aim your laser rifle at the boss and fire. Approximately one 500-shot clip is needed on 'Give me Deus Ex' difficulty.

    If you don't have a laser rifle: You have options. You can run to the machine, drop pods, and gun down the creatures. Alternatively, use security consoles on the outer rings by hacking or using passwords. The easiest method is to run to the center, jog right, face the boss from the center pillar, and input code '2012' into the security panel to instantly wipe out the tertiary pods.

    After disabling pods (non-laser rifle): Deal with three crazies to the left, a security bot, and three more crazies. Use guns, energy bars, and takedowns.

    Environmental Hazards: Quadrants of the floor will start to electrocute. Run away and hop onto raised corners to avoid damage and take cover.

    Phase 2 - Ammo and Final Assault:
    • Ammo Acquisition: Two compartments full of enemies will open. Deal with the three foes inside these compartments to access ammo.

    If you have a laser rifle (continued): After dealing with the initial foes, you can loot the rooms for ammo and then use the laser rifle strategy as described above.

    If you don't have a laser rifle (continued):
    • In the first crazy cubbyhole, find a sniper rifle and ammo. Grab the gas grenade at the back.

    Hop onto a raised corner, crouch, and aim at the woman behind the glass. Fire at her.

    The second wave of crazies will emerge, along with a mini security bot. You can take them out or let the floor electrocute them. Ignore the bot for now.

    Once you've used your sniper ammo and the crazies are gone, drop down and investigate their prison for sniper ammo and an EMP grenade.

    If the bot is a problem, use the EMP grenade at its feet.

    After using all your ammo, the glass should break. Use the gas grenade on the shielded woman to defeat her.
Tips
  • Laser rifles are highly effective for a quick boss takedown. Locations to find one include: to the right of Tong in the 'finding Sevchenko' mission, or in a cabinet to the left when exiting the elevator in the Namir boss fight.
  • The code '2012' can instantly disable tertiary pods in Phase 1.
  • Use raised corners to avoid floor electrocution and take cover.
  • Save the gas grenade for the final stage of the fight if not using a laser rifle.
  • EMP grenades are effective against security bots.
