To enter the facility, head to the far left, jump on containers, and make your way to the end. Jump into the large ventilation shaft.

Navigate the pipes and go through the destroyed window to your left. Drop down and ride the elevator all the way down.

If you lack the jump enhancement, drop down to the right and avoid electrified water to find a way up into the tower.

Continue through the halls and up the stairs to the Command Center. Sneak past the turret and go through the broken window to meet Hugh Darrow.

Engage in a social battle with Hugh Darrow. Recommended options: Extrapolate, Appeal, Extrapolate, Extrapolate (500XP + SILVER TONGUE 1000XP).

With the access code (2012), backtrack through the halls or hop through the broken window to save time.

Navigate the hall with 'crazies'. For stealth, sneak past them through the door on the right, ensuring their backs are turned. Exit via the backdoor near the elevator.

When no 'crazies' are watching, call the elevator and use it.

Stay crouched, make your way to the end of the hall, climb the metal box and shelving, and hop into the crawling area in the roof.

Move through the broken window, over the yellow beams, through the crawling area, loot the body, and continue through the vent.

Head down the ladder and exit the vent. Immediately use cloak and run for the doorway to the far right, then hop through the broken window to safety.

Finding William Taggart:

Go through the doorway, hop onto black beams, jump onto blue scaffolding, move towards the building's wall, hop onto the edge, and crawl to the far side. Drop down.
As the camera looks away, turn left, drop down next to pipes, hug the wall, and move to the end of the pipes to find a vent cover. Head inside.
Go straight ahead, ignoring the shaft to your right. This leads to William Taggart’s room.
Speak to him twice for main dialogue, then exit. Loot corpses, go around the corner, and move metal crates away from the wall to reveal a ventilation cover.
Head inside the vent to return to the pipeline area. Backtrack, avoiding cameras stealthily.
Crouch and move to the railing south of you. Use Icarus Landing System and cloak. While crouching, head west, approach scaffolding, turn on cloak, and hop down the railing to fall down the ventilation shaft.
Immediately go through the double doors and shut them behind you. Go around the corner and turn off cloak.
(Optional) Find the elevator on the second floor and ride it down, but be prepared to avoid more 'crazies'.

Finding David Sarif:

Sarif contacts you for help. Go through the door, crouch, and hop over pipes. Move through the area hugging the left wall.
In the next room downstairs, hop onto the box in the upper right corner and enter the vent, which leads to Sarif.
Speak to him twice (500XP). Loot the locker for [10x PLASMA CAPSULES] and a [LASER RIFLE BATTERY].
Head back through the vent and turn right. Use cloak and go straight for the other doorway.
Do not continue down the hall; it's rigged with mines. Head through the LVL 4 door on your left.
Slowly approach and deactivate the two fragmentation mines in this hall. Entering the door grants [PATHFINDER 300XP].
Crouch through the hall and approach the doorway at the end. Turn right to crawl underneath devices.
Use cloak to move towards the next hiding spot, hugging the right wall. Use cloak again to move onward, around the big device, through the door, and into the hall to the northeast.
