Lord Nagafen, the ancient dragon, resides deep within Nagafen's Lair. This is a classic raid encounter, often revisited for nostalgia or specific heritage quest items. It requires a full raid force and careful execution.

Phases & Mechanics:

1. Phase 1: Initial Engagement: Nagafen starts with a powerful frontal cone fire breath and a wide-range AoE 'Flame Burst' that deals significant fire damage. Tanks must position him carefully, facing away from the raid. Healers need to be prepared for constant AoE healing.
2. Phase 2: Lava Surges: At various health thresholds (e.g., 80%, 50%), Nagafen will cause the lava in the lair to surge, dealing damage over time to anyone standing in it. Players must quickly move to designated safe spots (rock platforms) to avoid heavy damage.
3. Phase 3: Fire Elemental Summons: Nagafen will periodically summon 'Fire Elemental' adds. These adds must be picked up by off-tanks and quickly burned down by DPS, as they can cast debilitating fire spells and overwhelm healers if left unchecked.
