Prologue

After the initial cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically), you’ll be in control of your character inside a building. Search around for loot boxes which contain cash and items to sell for more cash.

Once you feel you’ve explored everything, go down the stairs and towards the exit. You will encounter the Golden Path and Sabal, who are there to rescue you, but Pagan Min’s troops are aware of their presence.

Sabal will tell you to run straight for the vehicle while they distract Pagan’s army. As soon as the door opens, run straight to the objective marker and get in the vehicle.

Enjoy the short ride until you get a gun. Shoot at any enemies in the way, including those blocking the path ahead.

More enemies will appear riding quads; keep firing at them and healing when prompted until you are rammed from the side by a jeep.

Once you regain control of Ajay, you will have to trek to the Golden Path on foot. The camera is one of your most important tools, as it lets you tag enemies and keep track of them through walls and other objects.

There will be three enemies coming from down the stream. Quickly take out your camera and tag them all. Considering you only have a knife, it might be best to avoid direct confrontation. If you choose to kill them, use stealth, the bushes as cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects), and separate them using rocks to distract them.

Killing them allows you to grab the AK47 from them.

Continue down the stream and there will be another enemy at the end of the path. You will be prompted to use rocks to distract this enemy, so do that to move him to a spot where you can either sneak by or perform a stealth kill.
