    Wait for the smuggler to appear on a boat.

    Quickly get onto the hovercraft and give chase. Be aware that the smugglers are accompanied by another vehicle.

    Enter the vault and loot the diamonds.

    Exit the vault and kill all the remaining enemies, including a Heavy that will likely be the first one you encounter.

    Bring the diamonds to the drop-off point to finish the mission.
