Walkthrough for the Mi'ihen Highroad in Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster, covering enemies, items, and the Ifrit boss fight.
Walkthrough
- 1Before proceeding, return to Luca and visit the Aurochs' locker room. Search the second-to-last locker on the right to find the Jupiter Crest (Mercury Crest in some versions).
- 2You can also recruit Blitzball players in Luca, such as Shaami (Forward) and Jumal (Goalkeeper).
- 3Return to the Mi'ihen Highroad.
- 4In the Mi'ihen Highroad South End, you can find items like Hi-Potion, Antidote ×2, Hunter's Spear, Ice Brand, and either an Echo Ring or Seeker's Ring.
- 5Enemies in this area include Bomb, Dual Horn, Floating Eye, Mi'ihen Fang, Raldo, and White Element. The boss is Ifrit.
- 6Defeat enemies: Mi'ihen Fang is weak to Fire/Water. Floating Eye is weak to Lightning. White Element is weak to Fire. Dual Horn can be dealt with using Dark Attack or Power Break; Kimahri can learn Fire Breath via Lancet. Bombs have a gimmick where three non-fatal hits cause them to Self-Destruct. Raldo is Armored and weak to Ice.
- 7Collect treasures from NPCs: a man in a yellow shirt gives a Hi-Potion, a young girl gives two Antidotes, and a man in blue and gray gives a Hunter's Spear for Kimahri.
- 8Use the Save Sphere at the start of the area.
- 9Proceed north, ignoring the first alcove on the right.
- 10An old man in front of a statue will provide backstory.
- 11Continue north for a scene near a large ruin. Search behind the ruin for a chest containing the Ice Brand for Tidus.
- 12Proceed north for another scene.
- 13In a nearby area to the east, you'll find Belgemine. Accept her challenge for an Aeon duel.
