Keep an eye out for more Grenades scattered around the sidewalks. Your goal is straight ahead: the Safe Room. Head directly for it.
Survival Tips:
- The scaffolding is actually a pretty decent spot to hold out if you get stuck, even though it's pretty open.
- Don't forget to plant those Exploding Cans around the scaffolding to help fend off the Infected.
- You'll find a bunch of Grenades on the scaffolding site, plus a Submachine Gun and a Scoped Rifle. And if you find the Grenade Launcher, definitely grab it!
