Continue crossing the Bridge, hop down onto the vehicles, and keep moving forward.

A Tank (a powerful Infected) will appear. Stick to the scaffolding to avoid being crushed by a tossed Car (a thrown object). Shoot the Tank continuously.

To get past the next obstacle, climb up the tanker truck and then hop to the elevated portion of the broken Bridge. Be mindful of the slanted part of the Bridge.
