Right from the start, get a turbo boost and head straight for the first item box you see as it rounds the initial corner.

As you finish that corner, veer up the hill onto the red tier. You'll want to go around this tier counter-clockwise. This way, you'll snag box #2 as it comes towards you.

Now, head straight across the bridge. The third item box will be making its way onto it, and you'll easily catch up.

Next, head up the hill to the very top of the yellow tier to grab box #4.

From there, take the upper bridge directly towards the green tier. Grab box #5 as it transitions from the middle to the upper levels.

Drop down to the middle level of the green tier. Here, you'll collect the sixth and seventh item boxes as they rotate around.

Once you've got those, make your way to the top section and take the bridge that leads to the blue tier.

Head down the ramp to the second level of the blue tier. Grab box #8 as it drops from the upper level, and then snag box #9 which is already making its rounds on this level.

Finally, cruise along the bridges until you reach the yellow tier again. The last item box, box #10, will be circulating on the middle level there.

Tips

Speed is key! Try to do this path as quickly as possible without making mistakes. A clean run means a much better rank.
Pay attention to the item box rotations. They seem random, but once you've done the path a couple of times, you'll see the pattern.
