Alright, let's tackle the MSV Strontium Mule, which you'll find on the galaxy map as 'Recapture Freighter' in the Arinlarkan system of the Omega Nebula. Walkthrough

As soon as you step inside, expect a group of Blue Suns to rush you from the doorway. Take them down quickly, then head up the ramps.

As you reach the middle level of the ramps, three more Blue Suns will attack from above. There's no cover here, so use the angles to your advantage to pick them off. After that, bypass the Hub Security Console to move forward.

Your first objective is upstairs. You can take a couple of different paths to get there. Once you're up, deal with the two Blue Suns waiting for you, then head south, and then west to find the Bridge Security Console. Bypass this console.

Inside the bridge, you'll face several Blue Suns. Be ready, because as you enter, four FENRIS Mechs will come at you from behind. Pro-Tip: Sometimes, if you don't enter the room right away, the Blue Suns might get stuck trying to aim at your squadmates through the walls, giving you an easy chance to pick them off before the mechs even show up.

After dealing with the bridge enemies, read the Ship's Main Log to update your objective.

More Blue Suns will appear from the north, including Sergeant Boortis. While you can probably take enemies in a different order, this way is generally the easiest. Head to the north end of the ship.

In the east room, you might find some Blue Suns and their unfortunate victims. Be careful when engaging them, as there's no cover.

In the west room, you'll find a Research Docket. Hacking this will unlock the 'Heavy Skin Weave' upgrade. This room also contains the payload, and interacting with it will end the mission. You'll get a message about the Blue Suns' base, and the Sigurd's Cradle system will open up for exploration.

Tips

Keep an eye out for a Medical Station if you need to heal.
There are Power Cells scattered around, so grab them if you see them.
You can find 2000 units of Iridium, so make sure to collect it.
