Walkthrough

    Head towards the objective marker on your (minimap (the small circular map in the bottom-left corner of your screen)) (a small map displayed on the Heads-Up Display (HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap))).

    Take out the two Klixen in your path.

    In the next area, you will face another Klixen followed by three Varren.

    As you move around the junk, you will see two Vorcha Blood Pack enemies behind a barrier.

    Continue up the ramp behind them.

    At the top of the ramp, you will face a group of four Blood Pack.

    Moving further along, you will encounter a Warrior with two Varren. You have ample time to stop them before they get close.

    Two Blood Pack Pyro enemies will approach from the west, below your position. You can shoot them before they get close.

    Around the corner, there will be two more Pyro enemies, plus three Blood Pack further back.

    After defeating these enemies, collect the Combustion Manifold.

    Bypass the door to enter the hospital.
Tips
  • Enemies like the Klixen and Varren can be dealt with at a distance, giving you time to aim for a (headshot (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill)) (a shot aimed at the enemy's head, usually dealing critical damage).
  • The Iridum (a type of currency or resource) costs 600 units.
