    Illium: Gianna Parasini
    If Gianna Parasini is alive from Mass Effect 1, she will have an assignment. Speak to the Merchant by the Serrice Technology kiosk. If you choose to help Gianna, obtain the Merchant's discount first. If you choose to help the Merchant, you receive a discount but no completion experience.

    Illium: System Hacking
    Speak with Liara upstairs. Go to the south Transportation area and hack the three terminals. After each hack, you have about one minute to find the correct server to upload the data. There are three upload sites: near Baria Frontiers, near Memories of Illium, and near Officer Dara. Use the distance meter and targeting system to find servers. Completing this opens The Observer assignment and allows continuation of recruitment missions.

    Illium: A Troublemaker
    Go to the Eternity bar and speak with Conrad at the bar. Tell the bartender you will look into the issue. Head to the southeastern section of Illium and Gateway Personal Defense to speak with the Weapons Merchant. Persuade her and return to Eternity. Persuading her grants a discount at Gateway Personal Defense. A paragon option at the bar offers another persuasion choice. Both outcomes result in Conrad opening a charity in your name.

    Illium: Persuade the Asari
    Go to the Asari near Memories of Illium, who is being serenaded by Charr the Krogan. Persuade her to make a decision. You will receive a discount at the nearby kiosk regardless of the outcome.

    Illium: The Observer
    Hack the five Datapoints in northern Illium. After hacking all terminals, call Liara and tell her no one fits the profile. She will identify the Observer. Upon returning to her, you can ask about her "Anger at the Shadow Broker" to uncover her story.

    Illium: Medical Scans
    Speak with the Zhu's Hope representative near Officer Dara, then talk to Erinya, the Baria Frontiers Representative. You can question her past and persuade her. Inform the Zhu's Hope representative of the results to complete the assignment.

    Illium: Indentured Service
    After completing "A Troublemaker," speak to the Slave Broker. To resolve the situation, either persuade the Synthetic Insights Representative to hire the Quarian or convince the Asari to release the Quarian from her contract. Persuasion requirements for the S.I. Rep are higher than for the Asari. It's possible to complete the quest and then persuade the S.I. Rep for extra Morality points if the initial persuasion fails.
