Part 12

Speak to the woman in the apartment to receive a shotgun; accept it by talking to her again.

Exit the apartment and check the open window on the right side.

Use the parapet on the outside to proceed. Jump to the first parapet, then diagonally to the second.

A van with cleaners appears below. Throw a timed grenade near the back door when it opens, or jump to the third parapet and enter the window on the right.

Equip the Desert Eagle. A single shot to the head of the cleaners below is effective.

Enter the door on the left. Shoot the TV to wake the snoring man on the couch.

Go through the next window on the right, and enter the window on the right.

Hide behind the boxes and save. Kill the two cleaners walking across, and then the third cleaner who comes from the left corridor.

Take the left corridor and walk to the old deaf woman at the end. Accept her offer of painkillers and collect them from the bathroom she unlocks.

Go to her drawing room and through the door on the right.

Save and exit through the next window.

Go out onto the ledge, turn left, and climb the scaffolding to reach the top.

Enter the window at the top. A cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) plays.

Use the camera to observe something humorous. Pick up the new weapon on the ground. Press the 'use' key to zoom in with the sniper rifle.

Go to the phone-tapping instrument on the table and listen.

Take the door, then enter the bathroom on the left. Check the shelf for a painkiller.

Exit and go near the second door on the left. Wait for the two cleaners coming your way or go out to engage them.

Go to the end of the corridor on the right. A woman locks herself in her house near the staircase beyond the doorway.

Hide to the left of the doorway. After a cleaner throws a grenade, enter bullet time and move in.

Kill the five cleaners on the staircase leading to the upper floors using a Kalashnikov, Dual Ingrams, or Pump-action Shotgun. Aim for the head for a one-shot kill.

Proceed to the seventh floor (you are currently on the 4th floor).

A locked door is ahead; you need to find the door code.

Take the elevator on the left. Hide to the left of the elevator when it opens.

Kill the three cleaners that emerge from the elevator.

Exit the lift. You can take the stairs to the third floor to find ammo clips. Talk to the bum who will mention Ed, the janitor.

Go to the end of the middle corridor and enter the door on the right.

Go down the stairs and turn left to find Ed. A cutscene plays.

Go back up and peek around the door to find two cleaners patrolling the corridor. Kill them.

Take the lift back to the 7th floor. Exit the lift and press the panel to unlock the door.

Go through the door and take cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) behind the wall.

Kill the three cleaners coming from the room at the end using bullet time and Dual Ingrams/Shotgun.

Enter the room they were coming from. Check the closet for a painkiller.

Enter the bathroom on the left to find more painkillers.

Go to the room ahead and check the closet for items.

Save your progress.

Enter the door on the right. Kill the patrolling cleaner with your favorite weapon for a death sequence.

Enter the next room on the left, check the cupboards, and go near the window.

Save your progress.

Exit the window and go out onto the ledge.

Navigate the ledges: go left, right, right, turn left, watch out for the gap and jump over it, then jump onto the next ledge after the pipe.

Turn right, go to the end, equip the sniper rifle, save, and drop down to the ledge below.

Turn around and snipe the cleaner shooting from a window behind you.

Collect the pistol beyond the gap in the ledge.

Drop down the gap to the ledge below.

Head to the right and enter the window there.

Collect the painkiller on the shelf and go to the room on the left.

Turn right to see a burned doorway. Collect another painkiller on the shelf.

Proceed through the burned doorway to end the level.
