Part 29

Proceed through the area, watching out for falling ceiling debris. Jump over a gap and continue to the end of the passage. Use Bullet Time as two black-suits charge, then kill them and proceed through the next door.

Go up the staircase, killing the thug hiding beneath it. At the top, open the door and immediately retreat as an explosion occurs. Enter the room, and deal with two more thugs on the first landing. Continue upstairs, where two more thugs await; one will advance, so kill them one by one.

After Vladimir Lem finishes his dialogue and retreats with his men, the glass door will open. Retreat and wait for the two black-suits to emerge, then kill them and enter the room. You can check the TV for news, listen to Alfred Woden's voicemail, collect items, and then take the lift.

As the lift gates open, take cover on the left. The thugs will move, then return; eliminate them with a rapid-fire weapon. Exit the lift and move under the walkway on the right. A black-suit will appear on the walkway; back away slightly and shoot him. Collect painkillers near the bed and go through the door on the right.

Enter the next area, press the switch panel, and retreat into the room. Look towards the top of the stairs to see Vladimir Lem behind a cabinet. Press the switch panel again and retreat. While the lift descends, shoot the black-suit camping at the top of the stairs, then retreat.

Take the descending lift. Press the switch and crouch. Vladimir Lem can still shoot you; return fire. When the lift reaches the halfway point, Lem will retreat. Continue shooting at the door he entered, as two more black-suits will emerge. Kill any survivors, collect their weapons (including from the walkway area), and proceed through the door.

A cut-scene plays, leading into the final battle. Strafe continuously to the right in circles, avoiding grenades thrown by Vladimir Lem. Look up and shoot the small red pegs holding up the structure Lem is in. You need to destroy three out of four pegs. If you miss, strafe until he throws another grenade. Once the structure falls, shoot four more pegs holding up a triangular shape attached to the ceiling.

After the triangle falls, a cut-scene plays, revealing Vladimir Lem. Continue strafing and shooting him, while avoiding Molotov cocktails and his random gunfire. When you inflict enough damage, he will fall back, triggering another cut-scene.
