Learn about Circuit Races in Midnight Club: Los Angeles, including lap counts, checkpoint refills, and HUD information.
Circuit Races are similar to Ordered Races but feature multiple laps, typically two or three. The total number of laps is shown on the Heads-Up Display (HUD (heads-up display — the on-screen icons showing health, ammo and the minimap)) (the on-screen display that provides information to the player), located beneath the timer.
Each lap concludes with a green checkpoint (an auto-save point you restart from on death). If your car is equipped with Nitrous (a temporary speed boost), it will be refilled upon reaching the end of each lap.
- Pay attention to the lap count on the HUD to manage your race strategy.
- Utilize the Nitrous refill at the end of each lap to maintain maximum boost.
- The green checkpoint signifies the end of a lap and the opportunity to refill Nitrous.
