Unlockable Tiers:

• C License (Complete 4 of 12 goals): Hydraulics/Airbags
• B License (Complete 8 of 12 goals): TIS Modular M304 rims
• A License (Complete all 12 goals): Audi R8

The 12 Goals:

1. Cash: $1,000,000 - Earn a total of $1,000,000 by playing races and Delivery missions. This is not your current cash on hand.
2. Drive: 5,000 miles - Accumulate 5,000 miles of driving.
3. Consecutive Wins: 25 Races - Either repeat the 'Welcome to Hollywood' mission in Arcade mode 25 times on easy, or do easy Highway races and re-race any opponent who calls you out on 'Welcome to Hollywood'. After finishing a Highway race, wait a few seconds for the racer to reappear for another race.
4. 2 Wheel Distance: 10 miles - Go online, pick a highway, and drive on two wheels. This is easier online as there are no cars.
5. Wheelie Distance: 15 miles - Similar to the 2 Wheel Distance, go online and head for a highway to perform wheelies.
6. Time Cruising: 25 hours - Spend 25 hours playing the game.
7. Total Special: 5000 uses - Use your special abilities 5,000 times. These count even when not in a race.
8. Jump Distance: 200 meters - Drive to the long drivable area by the river on the east side of the map. Repeatedly jump off ramps. Be aware that cops will be called in constantly. To avoid them, drive to the opposite side of where you jumped and wait for them to leave.
9. Career Wins: 350 wins - Achieve 350 wins in your career. Alternatively, repeat the 'Welcome to Hollywood' mission in Arcade mode.
10. Cars Destroyed: 250 wrecked - Drive into the ocean on the west side of the city until you have wrecked 250 cars.
11. Opponents Hit: 1,000 hit - Hit 1,000 opponents during races.
12. Objects Hit: 10,000 hit - Hit 10,000 objects while driving around.
