Follow this comprehensive MiSide walkthrough to complete the 'I'm Inside A Game?' quest, including laundry, cooking, earning money, finding items, and powering the portal.
Walkthrough
- 1Interact with the phone on the desk, check the message, and download the app.
- 2Press E to start playing on Mita's phone.
- 3Laundry: Click the laundry items on the floor and the laundry basket in the bathroom.
- 4Cooking Soup: Open the menu, select chicken soup, and prep ingredients by clicking them on the counter. Drag the slider to cut veggies.
- 5Earning Money & TV: Play minigames (check energy limits) to earn 450. Open the shop and buy the TV set for 450.
- 6Finding Hairbrush: Search for the hairbrush. Do NOT look in the oven, as this affects a later choice. Find it in the cabinet in the kitchen beside the dining table.
- 7Moving Wardrobe: Click the blinking grid space in Mita's room to move the wardrobe.
- 8After the day changes, give Mita a present.
- 9Enter the game world and walk to the bedroom. Press the blinking red button on the portal machine.
- 10Find the three required items: Bowknot (bathroom sink counter), Pencil (bedroom side cabinet or desk), and Spoon (kitchen near sink or on table). Locations may vary.
- 11Place the items on the scanner and press the blinking red button on the left to scan them.
- 12Press the power button again and stand on the portal pad.
- 13The power goes out. Go to the front door and interact with the fuse box to the right to restore power.
- 14Return to the portal console. Find and collect the four batteries:
- Battery 1: Bathroom cabinet beside the sink.
- 15Battery 2: Kitchen counter near the sink.
- 16Battery 3: Living room in front of the radio.
- 17Battery 4: Kitchen fridge. After grabbing this, pick up the fallen magnets and place them back on the fridge.
- 18Place the batteries in their blinking red spots on the machine.
- 19Press the power button and stand on the portal pad again.
- 20Walk towards the bathroom door, then turn around to see Mita appear.
Tips
- Looking in the oven for the hairbrush will block the 'Stay' option later, but is fine on the first playthrough.
- Item and battery locations can sometimes be randomized.
