Interact with the phone on the desk, press E to check the message, and E again to download the app.

Press E to start playing on your phone and help Mita.

Laundry: Click on the laundry items on the floor and then the laundry basket in the bathroom.

Cooking Soup: Open the menu, select chicken soup, and then click on the ingredients on the counter. Drag the slider from top to bottom to cut vegetables.

Earning Money and purchasing the TV: Play minigames (accessible via the button on the top right) that do not exceed Mita's energy. Earn 450 in total. Open the shop and buy the TV set for 450.

Finding the Hairbrush: Look in cabinets, but NOT the oven. The hairbrush is in the cabinet in the kitchen beside the dining table. (Note: Looking in the oven prevents the "Stay" choice later, but is fine on the first playthrough).

Moving the Wardrobe: Click on the blinking grid space on the floor in Mita's room.

Give Mita a present by pressing the icon that pops up at the bottom of the screen.

Enter the bedroom through the door ahead and press the blinking red button on the portal machine to power it up.

Collect Items for the Portal: Find the Bowknot (bathroom sink counter), Pencil (bedroom side cabinet or desk), and Spoon (kitchen sink or table). Locations may be randomized.

Place the collected items on the scanner and press the blinking red button on the left to scan them.

Press the power button again and stand on the portal pad.

Head out the door to the left to the front door and interact with the fuse box to the right to restore power.

Find Batteries for the Portal: Collect four batteries: Battery 1 (bathroom cabinet beside sink), Battery 2 (kitchen counter near sink), Battery 3 (living room in front of the radio), and Battery 4 (kitchen fridge).

NOTE: After grabbing Battery 4 from the fridge, pick up the fallen magnets and place them back on the fridge.

Return to the portal console and place the batteries in their respective blinking red spots: under the portable TV, under the right side of the console, in the center of the console, and on the right side of the console.

Press the power button and stand on the portal pad.

Walk toward the bathroom door. When you can't enter, turn around to see Mita appear.
